Questions on saddle height.

I am 5’9 with a 31.5 inch inseam (80.01) cm. with my femur about 19inches (measured from the hip) and a calf about 18inches. I tried the 109% method and seem to come up with a strange number of 34.33 inches(87.2cm). Does anyone have any experience with this formula? Does anyone have any formulas for me to try? Does anyone have any tips on proper saddle height? I realize without seeing angles it is a hard call but thank you for any and all help.
